Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including receptionist duties, answering calls, and greeting families and providers.
  • Manage electronic case files, create Microsoft Word documents, and send emails using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Perform other clerical duties as required, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support the implementation and execution of the Early Intervention Program process.
Requirements:
  • A four-year high school diploma or its equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization.
  • One year of satisfactory clerical experience.
  • Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
