The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in agency, project management, or event planning, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Teams video conferencing. This role is based in New York City and may require occasional travel to set up pitch teams at client offices.

As an Office Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the completion of Request for Information (RFI) documents, managing data requests, and updating records in Salesforce. You will also build strong relationships with the NY office building resources, including IT/AV teams, Business Development Community, and local market contacts.
