Office Services Associate

The Office Services Associate position at Williams Lea Group Limited is responsible for providing general clerical office support, with a majority of tasks focused on mailroom functions. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform work in mail and intake functions as needed, adhering to established procedures.
- Communicate with supervisors or clients on job or deadline issues, providing timely updates.
- Prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Perform Quality Assurance on work of others as requested, maintaining high standards.
- Place service calls when needed, resolving issues promptly.
- Adhere to Williams Lea Group Limited policies, as well as client site policies, to ensure compliance.
- Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner, minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of mailroom experience, preferably in a legal environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills essential.
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
- Able to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy.
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues to a supervisory level when necessary.
- Good written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.
