Office Coordinator

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team at Donatech. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for preparing documents for scanning, operating scanning equipment and software, and maintaining the accuracy and readability of scanned documents.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and ensuring they are clean and aligned
* Operate scanning equipment and software to create digital copies
* Organize and store digital documents in an orderly manner for easy retrieval
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
* Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and readability of scanned documents
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into computer systems
* Verify data accuracy and correct any errors
* Maintain databases and ensure data is up-to-date
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficient in using data management software
* Ability to work with technology and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
