Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and format legal documents, including letters, memos, and forms as required.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate refreshments for events.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Assist attorneys with client billing processes.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide backup support at the reception desk when necessary.
  • Organize and file correspondence and legal documents in accordance with office procedures.
  • File documents with relevant courts.
  • Support attorneys with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, along with proven interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, with a proactive and efficient approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and external clients.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong understanding of confidentiality and the handling of sensitive information.
