Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform word processing for letters, memos, forms, and various legal documents as required.
  • Proofread all materials, ensuring accuracy in content and context.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, car rentals, and hotel bookings.
  • Manage routine telephone calls as per attorney instructions and provide backup coverage at the reception desk when necessary.
  • Open, sort, stamp, and organize incoming mail.
  • File correspondence and legal documents in accordance with the office filing system and collaborate with records management.
  • File documents with various courts as needed.
  • Support attorneys with administrative tasks, practice development initiatives, and committee projects.
  • Assist with special projects as required.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, accompanied by a minimum of five years of relevant experience and/or training. Candidates should possess demonstrated writing and communication skills, along with proven interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe is essential.
