Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries over the phone concerning products and product deliveries.
  • Dispatching, locating parts, handling collection calls, and entering orders into internal systems.
  • Escalate customer concerns to management as needed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in retail or call center environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with various computer systems.
  • A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Work Environment

The position is full-time, working 5 days in the office (Monday through Friday) with rotating Saturdays. The hours are 8-5 during training and 9-6 after training.
