">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support customer account management and billing follow-up. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing customer accounts, managing billing statuses, filing, making follow-up calls to customers, and performing data entry tasks.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
">- Review customer accounts and billing statuses to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Filing and organizing documents related to customer accounts in a secure and efficient manner.
- Making follow-up calls to customers to address inquiries and resolve billing issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performing data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent customer service.
- Prioritizing work effectively to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
