Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Translator to join our team at Carolina Therapy Services. As a translator, you will work closely with our staff and patients to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working as an Interpreter- in Clinton, NC / Lillington, NC. The interpreter will translate between Spanish and English for CTS staff/therapists, patients, and patient families during therapy sessions and phone conversations.

  • Assist with coordinating patient appointments, perform clerical tasks including filing, copying, answering phones, and assist therapy staff with transfers of patients to the therapy room.
  • Translate written communication/documents, report any patient problems to the Area Director or Program Manager, and maintain treatment area in neat and orderly manner.

You will also drive personal vehicle to patient appointments as needed and attend required training sessions. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with excellent translation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. If you have experience working in healthcare settings and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on location and experience.
