Role Overview:
As a Consumer Direct Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Windstream's products and services within a designated area.

This role involves engaging with potential customers directly, conducting door-to-door visits, processing orders, ensuring service activation, setting up accurate billing, and following up to guarantee customer satisfaction.

As a sales specialist, you will be expected to achieve sales targets and participate in Windstream's special events to expand your professional network and enhance sales opportunities.

You will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in this position.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A reliable and insured vehicle for travel within assigned territories.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to connect with diverse individuals.
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
- The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate different terrains.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Working Environment:
