Your Responsibilities:

Core Duties
  • Demonstrate proficiency in front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Utilize the property management system effectively.
  • Manage communication systems, including PBX and radio paging.
  • Establish guest credit upon check-in, issue room keys, and provide property information.
  • Address guest concerns with professionalism, balancing their needs with business objectives.
  • Exercise discretion in conflict resolution, consulting management when necessary.
  • Ensure follow-up with guests and team members is conducted appropriately.
  • Assist guests with reservations for dining, transportation, and activities.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience with cash handling and computerized Point of Sale systems is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
