Your Responsibilities:

Key Duties
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of front desk operations, managing guest check-in and check-out in accordance with established procedures.
  • Utilize the property management system proficiently.
  • Operate communication systems effectively.
  • Verify guest credit upon check-in; issue room keys and provide information about property services.
  • Address guest concerns with professionalism, balancing their needs with business objectives.
  • Exercise discretion in resolving conflicts and consult management when necessary.
  • Ensure effective follow-up with guests and team members.
  • Facilitate reservations for dining, transportation, and activities on behalf of guests.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
