The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and achieving dealership goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership profitability. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management. Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills. Foster a positive and collaborative sales environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, preferably with a Toyota dealership. Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer relationship management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. Proficient in using dealership management software and CRM systems.
