We are seeking a highly skilled Dedicated Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Stan Koch & Sons Trucking Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by securing new partnerships and maintaining existing customer relationships in key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Lead contract negotiations, addressing customer concerns, and close new deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert insights into dedicated fleet services and transportation management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pricing, Operations, Marketing) to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and transportation logistics to provide customers with innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or related field.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in transportation or logistics, specifically within dedicated fleet services.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing new business deals in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
