Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Lead contract negotiations, addressing customer concerns, and close new deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert insights into dedicated fleet services and transportation management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pricing, Operations, Marketing) to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and transportation logistics to provide customers with innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or related field.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in transportation or logistics, specifically within dedicated fleet services.
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing new business deals in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
