Role Overview:

The Senior Recruiter will be pivotal in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier candidates to meet the demands of our government contracts and corporate needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical recruitment, outstanding communication abilities, and a proven track record in supporting government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
  • Formulate and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing methods to identify and engage top candidates.
Interviewing and Evaluation:
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create efficient interview processes.
  • Provide informed recommendations on candidate selections.
  • Negotiate competitive compensation packages.
Recruitment Process Management:
  • Design and oversee a comprehensive recruitment process.
  • Maintain precise records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Deliver regular updates on recruitment status and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices, along with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
Education and Experience:
  • Five to seven years of experience in talent management, including at least two years in a senior capacity.
  • Experience in government contracting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or human resources field is preferred.
  • Proficient in utilizing various channels and tools for candidate sourcing.
