EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS for Practical Nursing Specialists
- Must hold, at a minimum, a nursing degree from an accredited institution or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
- Must possess a valid Maryland or compact state nursing license.
- Must have current BLS certification - Please upload your BLS card with your resume. If you do not have a current BLS certification, we will provide training and re-certification during orientation.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
As a committed provider of Senior Living Care, our facility mandates that all hired associates submit proof of vaccination records, including two doses of MMR, two doses of Varicella, and a Negative TB screening prior to employment commencement. Alternative documentation, such as a Titer or Lab test demonstrating immunity to the specified diseases, may also be accepted. Further details regarding CESLC vaccination policy will be provided by our Talent Acquisition team upon employment.
