Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment support for active contracts and prospective opportunities, including high-volume sourcing efforts to staff technical roles.
- Client Requirements Analysis: Analyze client requirements for prospective staff from Request for Proposals and Staffing Requisition Forms.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Update and maintain Sheladia's ATS/CV Database on a regular basis.
- Recruitment Pipeline Development: Develop a recruitment pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards and networking.
- Job Description Creation: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and company's ATS.
- Reference Verification: Verify professional references and other relevant sources to assess technical expertise.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the firm's other technical units to coordinate the recruitment process.
- Reporting: Prepare a weekly recruiting status report to track pre-RFP, RFP, and Contract Stage staffing needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5 or more years of recent and relevant international recruiting experience, with a strong background in engineering and architectural fields.
- Skills: Proficiency with online social/professional networks, experience with USAID, World Bank, or other development agency projects, excellent information management and research skills, and experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS).
