About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Benefits Administration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delighting a select portfolio of clients.

You will partner with our team to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. This includes building relationships with clients and prospects, acting as the primary point of contact for client needs, and leading carrier implementations and renewals.

You will also be responsible for crafting and finalizing employee communications, scheduling and facilitating annual Open Enrollment meetings, sharing knowledge and training HR Contacts on Employee Navigator, and resolving escalated employee-level issues.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field OR a minimum of five years of experience in the employee benefits industry / agency world
  • Talent for developing and nurturing positive relationships

  • Strong interaction skills with key stakeholders at clients and prospects
  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation abilities
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance carriers and employee benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • An active license in Life and Health
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a robust and competitive benefits package and an award-winning work environment.
