We are seeking a senior billing specialist to work with our client's amazing billing/accounting team in our Coral Gables office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and accounting, with experience working in a law firm environment.

Responsibilities will include processing client bills using Pre-bill and bills via Centerbase software, electronic submission of client invoices, and researching and answering billing and accounting questions.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with attorneys and departments.

Additional responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation, running billing reports for attorneys and departments, and assisting the accounting department with reports and information.

We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands, with exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2-3 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Law firm environment experience is preferred, as is Centerbase software experience.

Collection experience is a plus, and proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
