Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our National Marketing team and support the marketing strategy and activities for the Grads of Life service brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for stewarding the brand's position in the market and increasing overall influence.

About the Role:

The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Associate Director of Marketing and will support the integrated marketing strategy and creative development to engage and optimize marketing efforts to drive the Grads of Life brand. This role requires a self-starter with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills, and an enthusiasm for delivering high-impact solutions with measurable results. The ideal candidate will be fluent in digital and social tools, up to date on the latest industry trends, and have a sharp eye for compelling design, keen writing and communication skills, and an analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the integrated marketing strategy and campaign delivery for the Grads of Life stakeholder with the goal of elevating Grads of Life's position in the market and increasing the brand's influence

Manage the creation, execution and optimization of marketing channels and mediums including, but not limited to: social, web, print, video, content, email

Collaborate across internal marketing team functions, including operations, advertising, brand, public relations, and other stakeholder groups to help develop the strategy and execution of fully integrated campaigns aligned with Grads of Life and org-wide goals

Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Grads of Life function by setting expectations, providing marketing expertise, communicating regularly, addressing challenges, and ensuring project success from planning to delivery and distribution

Measure the performance of marketing channels and derive actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness

Regularly update and maintain the Grads of Life website, including adding new content, refreshing existing pages, and resolving any technical issues, to ensure the website remains current, functional, and aligned with Grads of Life branding and messaging

Help develop and implement strategies to elevate and promote Grads of Life's key thought leadership content, such as research reports, frameworks, case studies, and blogs. Partner closely with the Thought Leadership team to devise and execute effective promotion strategies

Requirements:

4-5 years of marketing campaign strategy oversight and management

Experience leveraging different marketing channels, including email, social, web, print, video, and content marketing

Demonstrated track record of adaptability, responsiveness, and the capacity to deliver quality work within demanding timeframes while navigating dynamic, fast-paced situations

Experience managing client relationships

Strong presentation and communications skills, including an ability to shift communication styles to target a variety of stakeholders

Ability to manage many competing priorities and communicate effectively when priorities shift

Strong attention to detail and understanding of tailoring creative and content to an audience

Good eye for design, attentive to best practices, and understanding of brand consistency and its importance; ability to effectively manage creative projects and articulate actionable feedback

Experience leading social media for a business; proficiency and understanding a plus across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Instagram

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred proficiency in relevant Marketing tools and technology, including Microsoft Office and, as needed: Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Wordpress, or similar systems
