About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Content Marketing to join our team at Earnest. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our mission and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that drives organic growth and increases brand awareness
  • Collaborate with product marketing, brand, design, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across formats such as blog articles, case studies, social media, and video
  • Manage a team of freelance writers and partner with designers to bring content to life across channels
  • Optimize content for SEO, organic growth, and brand awareness, while refining strategies based on performance metrics
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced content marketing professional with a strong track record of developing and executing successful content strategies. You should have a deep understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques, as well as exceptional writing and editing skills.

You will be a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. You should also be proficient in content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $142,000-$161,000 USD, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including health, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, and a robust tuition reimbursement program.
