Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams, particularly the Product Marketing division, to ensure that brand communication initiatives are in harmony with a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy. This includes leading, planning, developing, and executing communication programs and campaigns across various platforms.

The communication channels utilized encompass advertisements, brand materials, video content, email outreach, and educational resources through a variety of traditional and digital media.

Oversee external agencies tasked with the design, creation, implementation, and assessment of brand communication initiatives, which include messaging, media strategies, and collateral development.

Engage in continuous collaboration with medical, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and accurate clinical representation of assets.

Manage budgetary considerations, ensuring that all brand communication expenditures remain within the approved financial framework.

Provide direction on brand guidelines and offer training to associates within the organization.

Leverage market research firms as necessary for qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Assist in the strategic planning and execution of industry trade shows.

Guide the development of the corporate internet and intranet platforms.

Contribute to internal projects, which may involve content creation, editing, and proofreading.

Supervise media schedules and contribute to public relations initiatives, including the formulation of press releases.

Play a vital role in the organization and execution of company-wide events and activities.

Continuously enhance knowledge of current and new product lines, as well as relevant disease states and treatments, to ensure the creation of effective communication materials.

Commitment to Quality:

Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product excellence by adhering to all quality system requirements. This includes promptly addressing customer feedback and ensuring that all promotional content is clinically accurate and compliant with relevant guidelines.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily office-based, with approximately 20% travel required, including occasional weekend commitments. Access to medical facilities may be necessary, which could involve meeting specific credentialing requirements.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the medical device sector, particularly in cardiovascular or endovascular fields, is highly desirable.

Proficiency in multimedia and digital marketing, along with familiarity with emerging technologies, is essential.
