Product Manager

Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the successful commercialization and sustained sales of our medical devices in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to ensure products meet revenue and operating profit targets.
- Collaborate with the sales force to provide product information, literature, and samples for trade and distributor shows.
- Coordinate and resolve product quality and performance problems.
- Develop sales and marketing tactics, including brochures, trade advertising, training manuals, and show materials.
- Communicate with the sales force regarding product updates and availability, competitive activity, sales positioning, best practices, and new product development updates.
- Oversee the inventory of all product literature and reprints.
- Work with Marketing Communications to ensure effective product positioning at trade shows and symposia.
- Strong knowledge of the human anatomy, specifically the vascular and venous systems.
- Ability to understand complex medical procedures and engage in in-depth technical conversations with physicians, staff, and key opinion leaders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and I-Pad navigation.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate well with Territory Managers, Region Managers, and customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, biological/clinical science, or engineering, or equivalent clinical qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of business experience in Product Management in the medical device marketplace or 3 years of marketing experience with additional experience in medical device engineering and/or sales.
- Demonstrated track record of managing products, including meeting revenue and profit objectives.
