We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a leader in the industry, NUCKOLLS has been in business for 120 years and is committed to excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our process, develop relationships, and lead a small team to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community and contribute to our organization's success.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
