We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Receptionist & Vietnamese Interpreter to join our team at the Charles Baum State Farm Agency in Silver Spring, MD.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Vietnamese clientele, assisting with phone inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide translation services for Vietnamese clients
  • Field phone calls and direct visitors
  • Perform word processing and filing tasks
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and mail
  • Update policyholders' contact information
  • Print and fax proof of insurance
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Dependable and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dependable vehicle for transportation
  • Clean criminal background
