Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to nursing protocols and ExperCARE Experience Touchpoints, ensuring accuracy while delivering timely services.
  • Input patient data accurately into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Utilize empathy to fully comprehend patient needs by asking relevant questions and providing complete solutions during the initial visit.
  • Maintain flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Anticipate the needs of both patients and providers, responding proactively.
  • Execute provider orders with efficiency and thoroughness.
  • Produce high-quality imaging to assist in clinical decision-making.
  • Ensure all follow-up actions for imaging patients are completed, including radiology over-reads and timely image distribution.
  • Maintain X-ray equipment in accordance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Communicate frequently and effectively with patients and their families throughout their visit.
  • Follow up on clinical inquiries and outstanding items in message queues.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of occupational medicine results and records.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.
