Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established nursing protocols and maintain the ExperCARE Experience Touchpoints with every patient interaction, ensuring a balance between accuracy and prompt service delivery.
- Input patient data accurately into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Utilize empathy to thoroughly assess patient needs, asking relevant questions to provide comprehensive solutions during the initial visit.
- Exhibit flexibility in work hours, including availability for early evenings and weekends.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of both patients and providers effectively.
- Execute provider orders with precision and thoroughness.
- Produce high-quality imaging to assist in clinical decision-making.
- Ensure timely completion of all follow-up actions for imaging patients, including radiology over-reads and referrals.
- Maintain X-ray equipment in accordance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Engage proactively with patients and their families throughout their visit.
- Follow up on clinical inquiries and outstanding items in message queues.
- Deliver prompt and accurate results for occupational medicine records.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the patient experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
