Position Summary

Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact? As a Cantonese-English bilingual customer service representative, you'll be the key to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Whether it's answering questions, providing product information, or resolving issues, you'll be the difference between a good and great customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Qualifications:
    • Bilingual in English and Cantonese
    • 6 months or more of customer service experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong product knowledge and communication skills
    • Computer experience and high-speed internet connection
