Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Next Level Cycles. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide responsive and timely telephone and chat support to our clients
  • Act as the single point-of-contact for client issues, taking ownership of resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Partner with escalation partners to identify and document exceptions to standard sales processes
  • Develop and maintain a list of best practices to improve customer service and sales processes
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in a phone or email context
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
