Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Russian-English bilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service expert, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients' customers. Essential Duties
  • Customer Communication: Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Russian is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is necessary.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and a high-speed internet connection (25mbps or faster).
