Position Summary

We're looking for a passionate individual who can help customers feel at ease. As a customer service representative, you'll be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues with a smile.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Qualifications:
    • Bilingual in English and Arabic
    • 6 months or more of customer service experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Product knowledge and computer experience
    • High-speed internet connection (25mbps or higher)
