Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our field service team, including scheduling, dispatching, and inventory management.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our Field Service Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our field service team and identify areas for improvement.
- 5+ Years of Management Experience: Proven experience in managing a team of field service technicians or a similar role.
- Plumbing License: Current plumbing license for Washington State.
- Vocational Technical School Diploma/Certification: Diploma or certification from a vocational technical school.
- Field Service Experience: Experience working in the field with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing units.
- Management Experience: Prior management experience, preferably in a route-based environment.
- OSHA Certification: OSHA 10-hour certified or willing to obtain certification within 3 months of employment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with personal digital assistants (i.e. tablets and smartphones).
- Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce: Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce is a plus.
