Role Overview

The primary aim of this position is to develop, implement, and oversee the coordination of initiatives and program advancement within the Information Security Risk Assessment domain. This role is crucial in pinpointing areas of overlap and compatibility among Risk Assessment teams, striving towards a refined state where processes evolve to enhance efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and mitigate risks associated with PepsiCo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the redesign of the ARA process, guided by risk management methodologies.
  • Identify, create, and execute strategic alignments between ARA, ISA, and Issues processes.
  • Oversee operational coordination efforts among ARA, ISA, and Issues.
  • Support the maturation of M&A processes.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to monitor and deliver on initiatives within the Risk Assessments domain.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The anticipated salary range for this role is between $85,200 - $130,650 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Factors such as location, confirmed job-related skills, and experience will influence the actual starting salary.
  • Performance-based bonuses may be available, with a target payout of 10% of annual salary, distributed annually.
  • Paid time off is subject to eligibility, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security.
  • 4+ years of experience in program management.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of information security assessments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Advanced user of project management tools.
  • Familiarity with information security frameworks.
  • Ability to manage projects and influence team dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
