As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for operationalizing the energy discipline created by our Product Director, providing expert consultative services to our customers, and enhancing our Risk Control Services leadership position in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operationalize the energy discipline created by the Product Director
  • Provide feedback on strategy execution in the field
  • Lead and manage specialist networks with Product Director input
  • Coach and develop others in the discipline
  • Participate in the quality process and ensure consistent vision and execution of the discipline plan
  • Deliver direct customer service and support the organization through successful completion of risk assessments and customer-facing work
  • Identify, address, and provide solutions for emerging risks areas
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners and support internal knowledge sharing culture
Requirements
  • 10+ years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or progressive safety/health field
  • Advanced knowledge, skills, and experience in a specialized field, service planning and delivery, risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management, and progress measurement
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • Demonstrated ability to retrieve and enter information using various proprietary software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite
