This position involves collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to grasp security audit necessities and execute project objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support compliance initiatives at both functional and organizational levels concerning Information Security and Risk Management.
  • Analyze Key Risk Indicators and identify root causes for any significant discrepancies.
  • Regularly evaluate existing security measures for their effectiveness, highlighting areas needing improvement.
  • Design, implement, and oversee IT security protocols and guidelines across various IT functions and services.
  • Create compliance monitoring reports and improvement strategies to ensure adherence to internal security policies.
  • Conduct forensic investigations utilizing tools such as Forensic Tool Kit.
  • Administer Operating System Security Procedures.
  • Ensure Database and Web Portal Security.
  • Manage Information Security Incident Handling and Response.
  • Oversee compliance management using GRC tools.
  • Fulfill responsibilities across various IT Security and Compliance Management projects.

Experience Requirements:

  • Coordination and administration of Information Security to manage compliance with NERC CIP and SOX.
  • Proficient understanding of IT Security technologies, Operating Systems, Databases, and networking.
  • Experience in implementing, managing, and auditing security and compliance regulations (NERC CIP, SOX, PCI DSS, DPA, HIPAA, GLBA), standards (ISO 27001, BS), and frameworks (ITIL, NIST, COBIT).
  • Hands-on experience with RSA Archer for building and supporting GRC solutions.
  • Background in Risk Management, Compliance Assurance, and Audits.
  • Experience delivering Risk and Compliance management services in a client-focused environment.

Certifications:

  • CISSP / CISA / CISM / ISO 27001 is essential, along with other technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, etc.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks across diverse groups.
  • Capable of preparing informative presentations and management information system documentation.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (24x7 rotation).
  • Adherence to policies and procedures in line with Information Security recommendations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
