Lewis & Ellis, Inc., a leading national actuarial and insurance consulting firm, is expanding its team and is in search of a qualified professional to join our risk management consulting practice.

This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact our clients and to establish yourself as a leader within our risk management division.

We are looking for a consultant who can (a) manage existing clients from acquired risk management firms and (b) enhance and expand our risk management services throughout the United States.

Your role will involve leading, selling, and delivering consulting services on a fee basis to our clients.

About Our Risk Management Division:

Our practice focuses on managing risk renewals, conducting insurance analysis projects, and developing captives, cell or rent-a-captives, deductible plans, quota share plans, and retrospective rating plans across various sectors, including banking and financial services, real estate, manufacturing, life sciences, and high technology.

Our primary revenue model is fee-only, distinct from commission-based structures.

Qualifications and Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policy terms and conditions, particularly in the property and casualty domain.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the risk management field.
- Relevant experience in insurance and/or risk management.
- Familiarity with complex risk financing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

Language Proficiency:
- Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.

- Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from groups of prospects, clients, managers, and colleagues.

Mathematical Skills:
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical capabilities.
Reasoning Skills:
- Ability to address practical problems and manage a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
- Proficient in interpreting a range of instructions provided in written or oral form.
Certificates and Licenses:
