Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the Southeast region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
About Prime MeatsPrime Meats is a family-owned private meat packaging and distribution company based in Duluth, GA. With over 30 years of experience serving restaurants, butcher shops, and grocery stores in the Southeast, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the food industry or a related field.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
