Campaign Operations Analyst

Position: Campaign Operations Analyst (Mid-Senior Level)
Location: Arlington, VA
Summary: Group W, Inc., an employee-owned organization, is in search of a skilled and innovative Campaign Operations Analyst to deliver technical and analytical support for integrated warfare and campaign scenarios. Become part of a distinguished team of operations research analysts engaged in critical analysis utilizing advanced modeling and simulations.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- U.S. Citizenship and a valid U.S. passport
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, operations research, systems engineering, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Adherence to all International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Operations Research
- Familiarity with STORM (Synthetic Theater Research Operations Model) or similar MS&A software
- Proficiency in operating a Unix/Linux environment
- Knowledge of JMP, R, SQL, VBA, Python, C#, Perl, MATLAB, and/or C++
- Previous military experience or analysis conducted in support of the Department of Defense
- Understanding of theater OPLANs and/or Defense Planning Scenarios
- Expertise in various mathematical, statistical, and computer science fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct modeling and simulation to facilitate both quantitative and qualitative analysis of conventional and unconventional theater operations
- Collaborate with an integrated team of analysts utilizing STORM (or other models) and other DoD analytic tools to gather and/or develop necessary input data
- Apply extensive knowledge of modeling and Operations Research techniques to support a range of analyses, wargames, exercises, and experiments
- Work independently and as part of a team on assessments related to OPLAN, CONPLAN, capability trades, systems trades, force structure, and Service-specific studies
- Leverage analytic expertise in the creation, presentation, and publication of study reports and briefings

Salary Range: $90,000 to $150,000 (This range serves as a general guideline; final compensation will be based on experience.)
