Position Overview: We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Leadership Development Manager to empower our managers to perform at their highest level. This role encompasses providing coaching, training, and support to managers and their teams, implementing essential strategies, addressing daily challenges, and promoting leadership growth throughout Special Products & Mfg. Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Manager Performance: Deliver coaching and training to managers to facilitate their success. Assist managers' teams in executing key strategies and resolving daily challenges.
  • Promote Leadership Development: Encourage leadership growth at all levels within the organization. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with managers and supervisors to align on priorities, challenges, and requirements.
  • Ensure Strategic Alignment: Confirm that the organization's processes, systems, metrics, and strategic planning initiatives are progressing as intended. Hold managers accountable for the execution and upkeep of strategic plan initiatives.
  • Maintain Organizational Effectiveness: Uphold organizational effectiveness through accountability, recognition, and corrective measures. Address and resolve concerns and issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Collaborate with managers to ensure departmental processes are adhered to, communicated, and continuously refined.
  • Foster Team Development: Build a robust team of managers and cultivate future leaders to bridge any gaps. Identify and support potential leaders within the organization.
  • Participate as a Leadership Team Member: Oversee the HR team, managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in leadership development and management coaching.
