As a Restaurant Manager, you will be accountable for:

  • Staff Management: Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management
  • Proven track record of success in previous roles

  • ABLE License for Alcohol Service (preferred)
