- Safety: Operate the Service Department as an accident-free/safe workplace.
- Commercial Tire Experience: Prior experience in commercial tire service and/or management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong oral and written communication ability, commitment to follow all safety procedures, and ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Education: High School or GED, and 2 years of management experience preferred.
