Newell Brands is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands. We are seeking an Associate Manager, Digital Marketing to join our team.
The successful candidate will lead the execution of digital activation, working closely with brand and sales counterparts to understand long-term and short-term goals. They will be responsible for the execution and tracking of Walmart digital media campaigns across brands and channels.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Execution of full-funnel marketing strategy on/off retail platforms to drive overall brand and eCommerce growth plans
- Partnering with Walmart Sales team to build eCommerce activation plans
- Working with internal Planning and Brand teams to determine optimal product mix, messaging, and omnichannel cohesiveness
- Collaborating with In-house Creative and Production teams to develop best-in-class digital assets
- Managing primary media partners (Walmart Connect and Walmart agency) to drive growth
- Analyzing sales lift and performance trends to optimize the media mix
- Supporting strategic projects around content development, catalogue improvement, paid digital media program recap and comparison, marketing website management
- Preparing for key customer and internal planning meetings with cross-functional teams
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA or University degree in Business or a similar field, 2-4 years of digital marketing and/or eCommerce work experience, and a demonstrated ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs via a strong analytical mindset. They will also have strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and experience working in a consumer-packaged goods (CPG), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer durables industry, and/or Retail.
