About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Partner to join our team at The Second City. As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for growing our business by selling our professional services to Fortune 1000 clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with new clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Partner with Client Services and Creative Talent to deliver customized client programs and solutions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the talent/HR/learning category.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 leaders, navigating multiple stakeholders within an organization.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts from within and expand our reach within existing clients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 USD base, with an On-Target Earnings of $170,000 USD. This is a full-time, exempt role based in our headquarters at 1616 N Wells Street, Chicago.
