Job Overview

We are looking for skilled CNC Machining Specialists for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and fine-tuning CNC machinery, possessing a solid background in various machining techniques.

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Expertise in utilizing precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and indicators.
    • Familiarity with Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), Jig Grinding, and manual machining equipment (including surface grinders, lathes, and Bridgeports).
    • Proficient in ID/OD setups and operations.
    • Experience with Rotary grinder setups and operations.
    • Knowledge of Waterjet operation.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Capability to manage multiple CNC machines with extended run times.
    • Understanding of loading engineering programs into CNC systems.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate CNC machines while making necessary adjustments for tool and wheel wear.
    • Execute repetitive machining tasks on CNC equipment.
    • Import engineering programs into CNC machines.
Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
