Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, referrals, and short-term services for EAP clients.
  • Facilitate Corporate Leadership Training and Consultation.
  • Offer individual consultation and coaching for C-Suite executives.
  • Manage supervisor-mandated and SAP referrals.
  • Respond to critical workplace incidents.
  • Assist in client account management and retention efforts.
  • Provide case management and HR consultation as required.
  • Deliver on-site services upon request, including training sessions.
  • Maintain timely records in the EAP software system and provide necessary documentation as scheduled.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding business client relationships.
  • Fulfill on-call responsibilities as necessary.
  • Support miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Required Credentials:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Educational Requirements:

  • Master's Degree

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to drive to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Engagement with computers, including typing, reading, and writing.
  • Physical capability to reach for items and lift, move, or load up to 20 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
