Job Details

SNI Companies is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in the Orlando, FL area. This is a direct-hire opportunity, and we are looking to interview and have someone start soon.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Experience in Sales: Preferred 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Revenue Generation: Actively research and identify opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to connect with potential leads.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess both inbound and outbound leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with company criteria.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing valuable insights and tailored solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or tech environments is a plus. CRM Management experience is also required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Education:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

MUST be able to pass a full background and drug-screening.
