Job Description

The VIP Club Ambassador will be responsible for creating a professional, upscale environment for guests, providing exceptional customer service, and managing private rooms and VIP tables. This includes greeting and escorting customers, handling payments, and verifying guest age/identification upon entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment for all guests
  • Provide personal service to VIP guests and bottle service guests
  • Manage private rooms and VIP tables
  • Handle payments and manage beginning/end times for private rooms
  • Establish relationships with guests and make each one feel valued
  • Manage social media posts, hospitality, and taxi program
  • Arrange transportation for groups and VIP guests
  • Promote club special events to customers
  • Provide professional security presence for customers and club personnel
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Previous experience providing security or hosting services is a plus
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
