Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the US market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by employing effective business development strategies, capturing new logos, and targeting potential clients with revenues ranging between $100 million to $1 billion.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and examine commercial potential.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to sealing the deal, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Represent our company professionally and passionately in the US market, guiding and supporting the business development team to achieve personal and team goals.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B sales with knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
  • Familiarity with sales tools, such as Salesloft, Dynamics or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to travel within the US as needed (20% - 25%).
