At Oakbridge Insurance Agency LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a challenging role that offers significant growth potential.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client service and/or sales, preferably in Employee Benefits. They will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer service, organizational, and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.


Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the existing Employee Benefits book of business to ensure complete client satisfaction and fulfillment of all coverage and service commitments.
  • Assist producers in achieving new business and retention goals by proactively seeking new lines of coverage for current and prospective clients and acting on cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct reviews of existing plans and coverages for new clients to ensure proper alignment with client needs.
  • Oversee the renewal marketing process by coordinating with producers to develop proposals and recommendations, negotiating renewals with carriers, and delivering recommendations to clients or accompanying producers for presentations.
  • Manage the implementation process of new business and renewals, including renewal meetings, onboarding, and delivery of administrative resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts under the direction of producers.
  • Maintain relationships with carrier representatives, staying up-to-date on new products, procedural changes, and market trends. Attend relevant seminars, classes, and carrier meetings.

Requirements
  • Ability to plan, organize, implement, monitor, and adapt within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits plans, carrier guidelines, compliance regulations, and legislative changes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service and/or sales, preferably in Employee Benefits.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
