We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming/outgoing foot traffic
  • Manage mail, courier, and packages
  • Organize digital files and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Coordinate office projects and improvements
  • Provide IT support and manage vendor relationships
  • Assist with company events and off-site storage management
  • Perform other office management tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and sit for extended periods
